They installed the sprinkler system on the scheduled day.  They listened to my ideas and laid out the zones appropriately so that the gardens can be watered daily, separately from the lawns.  They did a good job of trying to flatten the grass back down where it was dug up to lay the pipes in the ground.

Also, the plumber who hooked up the piping inside the house did me a favor and fixed a minor but nagging issue unrelated to the sprinkler system.  (The issue was probably a five-minute task for someone who knew how to fix it, but I was holding off calling another plumber out because I did not want to pay a service call fee for such a small job.)  This flexibility impressed me and I would be inclined to use this provider again.  In fact, I am waiting on a quote from them to do another follow-up task that did not make sense to do until after the sprinklers were installed.

"My initial phone call for an estimate was returned quickly. After explanation of the project I was quoted a price and a date. Carole arrived on the date we agreed to and helped me choose the proper location for two trees and got them both planted with no problem. I even received some free advice on the care of the trees and a very helpful hint on how to get rid of the grubs in my lawn. She was efficient and everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. Agreed to price for the job was very fair. I will call her again for another project."
