"â Brian (field inspector), David / Tripp / Kender (installers) were a pleasure to work with, despite some of the scheduling challenges. They were very respectful of our property and excellent communicators who, as far as I can tell, performed the job correctly. We'll know for certain when that next "atmospheric river" arrives. ;)"

"Our experience with Paul our Sales Rep and Chris & Brandon our installation team was excellent. Paul suggested we replace the glass in our current wood windows rather than the entire window which was a definete cost savings. Chris & Brandon did a great job of replacing any failing pieces of trim on our existing windows. They had to remove a window box form our kithchen that required seperating a marble slab from our backsplash and they executed it perfectly."

"Sean came out and gave me an estimate on a large window glass that needed replacing. He agreed to come back after 4 pm, but it was raining heavily that day and he didn’t feel comfortable replacing the glass into the wood frame in the downpour. He returned a few days later while I was still at work and began to remove the wood around the window. When I returned home, he was gone. Turned out my wood was rotten and he went to the hardware store to buy replacement wood. He dug out additional rot, filled it in, replaced the window and sealed and silicones all around it. And he did not charge me anything over the bid he had given! I will be using this company again!"
