That's a complete opposite is what this man is. I would not touch him with a pole the length of a mile. I would rate him a star only because I have to rate him."

However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider."
