"Steve was prompt in returning my call and setting up a time to come out and give an estimate. His timeframe yo start the projects were in a short timeframe which is something that’s hard to find anymore. He replaced and painted 2 window sills that had water damage, repaired the bathroom ceiling along with nail pops in the bedroom. It was a last minute decision for us to replace a fan and he was more than happy to take care of the install. The work was thorough, prices were very reasonable and the projects were completed within the timeframe give. I could not have been more pleased and am already referring him out to others. "Another painter ruined my walls removing wallpaper- I fired that guy and hired Tony- Tony skim coated the walls, then painted the bedroom and it looks great! Super Reliable- he shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, cleans up after- even hung a new bathroom mirror for me for no charge! "Harold is a thief. He took $14,000 in cash from me for a deposit to remodel my basement and then outright failed to show up for the job as planned. He later explained he was/is going through personal issues and so I asked for the money back and to cancel the job entirely since he had not started after 6 weeks of having my money. He confessed that he spent it all and didn?t have it. I offered him to repay me with a credit card, or weekly installments, or even to start/finish the job, but he has now ignored all texts and calls. He is clearly a con man. I have filed a police report for the theft and filed a lawsuit. Do NOT under any circumstances use Harold Mas for anything. "

"Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job !
