"Work seemed good but then they were supposed to fix a couple of items and decided to stop answering my calls. They said they would send someone and then didn’t take fell off the face of the earth. With this type of work it is extremely important to follow up, so I wouldn’t hire them again."

They once sent me an invoice 4 months after the work had been done (apparently they lost track of their billing) and then had the audacity to claim it was past due when I had never received a bill for the work done 4 months past."

At the initial consultation, I asked for a phased plan, since I would not be able to do everything all at once. What I got was exactly what I asked for and once we broke down the scope of work, that's precisely what was performed. The guys were on time, friendly and focused. They completed their work, cleaned up and left. Expectations matched perfectly. I'll be calling on them again in the near future."
