"Jared was very good with his work and his communication on what issues we had which was 2 leaks in my dining room ceiling and he had to remove and replace my ceiling due to mold and water absorption after he repaired 2 leaks from the aweful cold spell we had that saw temps around 0 degrees F for like 2 weeks.
