His staff did amazing work and the entire project was smooth and looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with his work and team. One example of the type of man Jim is, we had a major concern about our shower due to a manufacturer defect on the part. Jim called me back at 10pm before Thanksgiving while sick and on vacation, and got a plumber out within 30 minutes to fix it and save the pipes.
