After we received the quote, we decided we wanted a color change. We asked for a quote to change the color and were told there was no additional cost. They used the top grade of Sherwin Williams paint. Two coats were applied. We have had numerous unsolicited comments on the work done by Triangle Home Exteriors. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."

He provided the most thorough estimate of any of the 6 companies we had come out, to the point that he got on the roof and examined all areas for evidence of wood rot before giving us a quote. His quote was the most reasonable of all the ones we received, and he was the only company that did not try to upsell us. John worked extremely hard and had the rotten boards replaced, and new gutters/guards installed within 3 days.
