"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"I hired Arborex Tree Services LLC to prune three large Southern Red Oaks in my front, side and back yards in Medfield Estates, and at a very reasonable price. They are licensed and insured, and came to do the job within just a couple days of my approving the estimate. Using a combination of a far-reaching bucket truck where applicable, and rope-climbing in the more sensitive areas (they did not use spikes on their boots that might have injured the trees) they removed large dead branches threatening to fall on their own, and live branches overhanging the house. In all cases when there was danger of damage below, they lowered the limbs with ropes rather than dropping them. The crew of four were efficient, skilled, safety-conscious, friendly, and courteous. Their coordinated efforts made the work go smoothly and quickly, and it was pure pleasure to watch them work. The limbs were cut, removed, ground up & hauled away, and the area raked clean such that there was little or no evidence they had been there. I will hire them again when the time comes to prune (or remove) more trees."

They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."

Matt showed up originally, nice guy and knowledgeable, but then that was it. The people who showed up had no idea what they were doing, dug tiny holes and brought un-labled, sick plants. Most of what they planted died within the first week, half of it wasn't even the right plant or was in the wrong place. When we showed them right away we got "It may come back" or "we'll replant next year, the season is gone". Of course they did not. They never finished, Matt left and nobody else there knew what was going on. Two years later of not responding to us they now pop up asking for full payment to consider it "done" or MORE money to finish, despite an abandoned job and majority failure, but we've replaced most the plants ourselves now. Stay away, horrible company."
