"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."

"The body was found during a police wellness check. CSI was called by the local police department to transport the body. Once that was done, the floorboards of the room where the deceased was located needed to be removed and a bio-hazard barrier applied to the room. All of the clothing, bedding, towels, mattresses, cloth-covered furniture, window treatments, etc. had to be removed from the entire house. Walls and remaining furniture had to be sanitized. Floorboards were replaced and new carpeting installed. The only reason I didn't give them an A on Punctuality is because the work took longer than I expected. Warning to make sure everything you want to keep is on their written list. I "lost" things I thought were on the list, but with the chaos of the death, etc. they never got onto the list."

"The only reason this company is even getting a 1 star from is the 0 was not an option. After wasting my time booking an appointment and giving them my information, I was told 2 days after that they would not be able to come out because they don’t do a one time cleaning in MY AREA. But this was not an issue when I set up the appointment. I even called them several times and because they lack customer service and never let me know. They never called me and they claim they sent an email, that I never received. Completely inconvenienced me because had I’d known I would have went with a more PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Thanks for absolutely nothing! Well David Zick, yes i guess it was an unfortunate experience for customer as usual, had I been at fault I would’ve been charged a $25 cancellation fee, for your inconvenience. Please tell me why I’m being penalized for your incompetence in choosing an incompetent booking company?! They ARE a representation of Molly Maids. And also the number you called was the secondary I gave you. You did not called the primary. And even if things went according to what you said, which they did not, I called you yesterday for confirmation and I wasn’t told when I spoke with your booking agency directly. When I called the second time you told me that you cancelled me because your company does not do the occasional cleaning service in my area, but then your email states something quite different. There is this little thing called integrity something your company lacks!!! Best regards disappointed and disrespected non customer. PS stop blaming others for your incompetence ie the booking agency and own your unprofessionalism."
