"Joel Macbeth is fantastic! I will never let anyone touch my roof— part of it is ceramic and part of it is metal which he also installed and he installed the asphalt roof at our barn. He is a true pro. This guy knows his business and is also a great communicator. He comes when he says and is very reasonably priced. I will all contractors were exactly like him. Hire him! "From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows."

"The installation went very well. The company sent a very articulate and extremely knowledgeable representative (Brian) to scope out the work prior to the scheduled installation. The flow of the conversation put me immediately at ease since the work was being done in my newly built home. Brian informed me up front that the work may result in an extra cut or two in the drywall which would result in additional cost to repair (not good news at all, but at least he told me up front!). Brian then took the time to explore various options with me (as I was looking to avoid extra cuts and extra costs) and we came up with a solution that was free of extra cuts and extra cost. <br /> When the two technicians came out a week or so later, they were prompt, professional and took the time to ensure I understood what was to be done and how. The company was 3 for 3 in sending men who were kind enough to indulge my questions. The two gentleman were just as considerate as Brian and it was extremely cool being informed by the two installers with the same conversational flow and consideration as Brian. It seemed important to all 3 representatives that I clearly understood and was in agreement with the work to be done. So very awesome!!! <br /> In addition to the technicians, the women in the office were kind, funny, and professional. Service matters to the folk at Walls Electrical. "Roofsimple's crew did a fantastic job replacing our old roof 3 years ago. Our home recently sustained considerable damage to one corner and the front facia due to a large tree that blew down on it. Without hesitation I called Roofsimple and spoke to Anthony and Josh to get an insurance estimate, and schedule the repairs. Ronald was sent to put a tarp over the destroyed area and secure it so we wouldn't sustain further damage from rain ingress. The repair job was scheduled, and has now been completed. Ronald, Mauricio, and Jim just finished the 3 day repairs to the framing, roof,and front facia of the house. As with the original crew, everyone was informative, friendly, and totally professional.
