"Once I start on projects like this I do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions.  They were quite patient with me as I did this.  They had to coordinate their installation with a major landscaping project being done about the same time by another company and that was adequately done.  I felt that I maybe had to initiate some things with questions a bit more than some might do, but that could have been caused by my taking the initiative to do that rather than a lack of communication on their part.  I expect a lot of communication from contractors so I know what is to happen when.  We are satisfied with what was done and they have since come back and winterized the system.  That also went well. <br />"

"Brian called and made arrangements for winterizing the irrigation system on Oct. 16. He showed up as scheduled and prepared the irrigation system for winter. He also made a few repairs at "no cost". He is wonderful to work with and their prices are extremely reasonable. I am so grateful that he services my lawn( I live in Jeffersonville, Indiana) when he comes to Louisville to service other lawns since the company is located in Lexington. But I am now on his list of people that will be serviced automatically every season to have the irrigation system turned on and off without having to call and get scheduled. "Tristan Rogers did a great job with alternate designs and a rough estimate, followed by a visit to source to select landscape stones and to nursery to select shrubs and plants. He and his partner coordinated utility markup with the city, delivered all materials the day before project start, started on-time and completed on morning of 2nd day. They were very neat and orderly in the project and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I am completely satisfied with their work."

Now a year later a large area has settled in the patio at a low point where a drain should have been placed as per our conversation. He is aware of the problem and refuses to even look at it. I have offered to pay him to repair his work and he ignores the issue. He is clearly ALL SMOKE AND NO FIRE. <br /> Nice guy but cannot back up his work up. <br />"
