"Over Mother’s Day Weekend, my present to my mom was a complete cleanout of her garage. This is a place that had accumulated 55+ years’ worth of junk as my father and his father before him were pack rats. Everything from rusty old tools to an old refrigerator to who-knows-what was in that garage. I had a company in mind to do the job: GMP. Christopher Quincer (owner) and his crew had done a great job disposing of some large items at my house last autumn. We called Christopher to set up an appointment and get a quote for the job on Saturday May 13. Turns out he was very willing to come out on Sunday and haul all of this stuff away. He actually showed up a bit early, in keeping with his Marine Corps training and went right to work, using both a truck and trailer dumpsters. All the stuff just about filled up both dumpers, and it took Christopher about 3 hours to finish. He didn’t rush but he didn’t dawdle; it was the perfect pace. Large items were removed easily, and even items inside cabinets were removed for disposal. He has a great demeanor and is very pleasant and personable. Christopher also cleaned up by sweeping out the entire garage after everything was removed. It was simply an awesome job that he did. The final price was within the estimate range that he gave us, and certainly reasonable for the amount of junk removed and for working on Mother's Day after only 18 hours of notice. I highly recommend GMP for junk removal, whether the job is large or small. I was extremely pleased from start to finish, and my octogenarian mother told me it was the best Mother’s Day present she could’ve had."

"Our service was great until October when our service was terminated for no reason.  I called the local and corporate office and after 30 minutes or so they said that our homeowners association had cancelled our service.  When I spoke with the homeowners association they said they had not cancelled and were still receiving service. <br /> They will not restart our service without charging $35 to reinstate.  They have not corresponded with us regarding any of these problems and were not helpful on the phone.  If it weren't so hard to find garbage collectors in our area I would not go back to them. <br />"

"It was okay. There was an issue. The deal was a little bit misleading. The picture said a truck of debris and I thought all my junk would fit in there. When he got here, it was a pick-up truck. He wanted to charge me an extra $50. We talked about it and I ended paying extra $40. Otherwise he was very nice, friendly and accommodating. I had to reach out and contact them before I got the service. He was here within the time frame in which he said he was going to be."

"The owner and his associate came within the promised time window. I scheduled them on only a few days notice, so I was glad they were able to come when they did. They took their shoes off when they entered, which was nice. I had them remove two heavy speakers and disassemble a nearly 9 foot long, 6 feet tall wall unit, move it to my new residence and reassemble it. It is not an Ikea piece, so I was sure they would be unfamiliar with it. To make things easier, I labelled the 30 or so individual pieces and demonstrated how the pieces go together. I removed the doors to the piece myself, because they required loosening adjustment screws and fiddling with the same screws on reassembly - very time consuming if you have not done it before. The two men bundled several pieces together and wrapped them in a Saran like material so they couldn't move. They blanketed larger pieces in their truck. The trip to the new residence was 3 miles. They were able to assemble pretty quickly because I had all the pieces labelled. One shelf was installed backwards, which I didn't notice until after they left. It was easily reinstalled by me and not a big deal. When they first arrived, I asked if they brought a rubber mallet. I was surprised that they had not, and I brought my rubber mallet to help with reassembly. They were not as careful as I have been when taking the unit apart and putting it back together, but no one ever is. I would definitely hire the company again. I would recommend overseeing the work so you can make suggestions on how to approach the task when needed."

Mr. Ireland is an expert in system mold remediation.  He knows all aspects of system replacement and recommended dehumidifier model replacement. He is also very honest and did not add on components when he did not feel that they were necessary.  As a result, he saved us time and money.
