So I want to correct the record and let you know that trust tile and their owner operator. Chris has been very accommodating. Will be completing an estimate today to give me a very competitive bid against other installations for backsplash. So I want to delete and correct the record regarding Chris and his company. They are 100% customer service oriented and I believe experts in the industry so I give them my highest rating and would like to retract everything in the commentary that I previously provided since. "Garrett and Connor installed vinyl planks and baseboards throughout our basement and did a spectacular job. They were friendly, efficient, and darn good at their jobs. The level of detail they put into the job was incredible - they made some cuts that seemed impossible, including cutting the planks perfectly to fit around the water heater and sump pump. They were communicative throughout the whole installation to make sure their work fit our expectations and they still exceeded all expectations. Would recommend them to everyone who needs flooring installed"

He showed up on a Saturday ( with very little advance warning) and knocked out the carpet in 3 hours. Wonderful job. He is friendly and professional and we recommend him highly.
