Nope, Sunday night my phone rang and it was Mr. Electric calling to set up an appointment before "they got booked up for the rest of the week." I do not know of any service provider that calls on a Sunday night to schedule an appointment, let alone to get me in on Tuesday. Austin and Sam arrived promptly on Tuesday, immediately diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. They were polite, and Austin took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions.
