"I cannot express how wonderful this job went for us! When I called for the initial quote, I was greeted by a wonderful staff member whom got me in touch with Mr. Doug very quickly. Being that I know nothing electrical, when I was trying to explain what I needed done for the setup of our new hot tub, Mr. Doug wanted to insure that the quote was accurate, so he came over to check out exactly how far away everything was and gave us an outstanding quote that no one could have beaten. "It went well. Thre was a delay in delivery because the delivery truck broke an axel. Those things happen. It was installed with miminmum fuss, they spread the dirt for us and were nice enough to bring some to a neighbor. They put jets in the wrong place so they gave us 2 extra to make up for it. They did give us some incorrect info about when to clean the sand filters but we read the instructions and fixured it out."
