He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. He also wants to make sure that he brings the right equipment/cleaning products along when he comes out to do the job. I could not be more thrilled with the results! Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. "This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."
