Honest, pleasant, capable, good problem solvers, competent electricians (passed county inspection for panel work and charger in a breeze. Added extra work at reasonable cost. Charged the market price for the charger (others tried to gouge, as if it was an unusual request). Hit my price target while others missed wildly (half of where the highest bid came).
