We offer free estimates but request only serious inquiries contact us. We are licensed in three states including West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and various municipalities in Ohio. Our Hourly rates are $60.00 per hour for our senior handyman and $40.00 per hour for our Junior Handyman. the Senior Handyman requires at least 4 years of general property mtc and trouble shooting experience. Junior Handyman requires at least 2 years experience in general mtc trouble shooting. There is a 1 hour minimum and there is no fee for trips or time getting materials. We warranty roofing for 3 years, and all other work for 1 year. Larger projects not under the hourly handyman category are priced on a per job basis. Unless otherwise requested we use only the best materials for the job.
