He answered 1,000 questions from our kids about window cleaning with patience and taught them the ins and outs of the industry. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic. "
