Let me tell you, I moved into my house in 2015 and I agonized every day by just looking at my front lawn. When I tell you it was hideous, I'm putting it mildly. I had a budget and was looking at some big name companies but prices were in the clouds. I took a chance and went with a local and relatively small company, but I am so glad I went with my instincts because I hit the lotto with Juan Rivera, LLC. From the initial quote request everything went as smooth as silk. From the onset, Juan responded right away. He came over the next day and I explained to him what I envisioned for my front lawn transformation. Juan took his time, heard me out, answered all my questions, made awesome suggestions, & honest feedback without any fluff ...I mean we covered everything from materials, labor, plants, pricing, time frame, etc. I was like this dude is on point. I have a military background, so this what I'm used to. Juan did not disappoint. He and his crew began on the day they were scheduled to and they never looked back. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and punctual. Gradually, I saw the transformation take place. These guys put in serious work. They explained everything they were doing and allowed me to be very involved throughout the entire process. On one occasion I was explaining to Juan how I couldn't get to paint my 2nd floor shutters because of no ladder and without hesitation he asked if I had the paint and the next day he took care of it....on the house. When it was said and done, I have to admit, my front lawn kicked butt. Finally the kicker. When we sat down to close the deal, I had the contract in front of me and was getting ready to write the check out when he tells me to subtract $200 because he didn't use all the top soil he thought he needed. I was like, wow, where do you see this type of honesty this day in age. I could go on and on. Let me just say that I super highly recommend them. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they put a big fat smile on my face every time I look at my front lawn now. What are you waiting for? Hire them already."
