I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. "My experience with Justin’s Tree Service was A+ from start to finish. I had an overgrown tree whose branches had grown onto my roof and started knocking off my roof tiles. Justin was very responsive and quick to give me a quote, recognizing how to protect my cement tile roof when trimming the tree and developed a careful plan to remove the branches without causing any damage to the roof itself as well as removing lower branches that were dead. On the day, his team were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, took great care during the job and cleaned up to the point that there was no evidence they had been there except that now I have a perfectly trimmed tree. Joe, in sales, worked with my insurance adjuster after his evaluation of the damage also showed that my ventilation was not up to code, and the insurance increased the benefit to bring my ventilation up to code. Nate, the supervisor, talked to me every day regarding the progress of the work and answered my questions. The crew - Nick, Danny, Tim, Balazs, David and Isaac - did an outstanding job and cleaned up my property at the end of every work day. "It went perfectly. From the estimate process to the scheduling to the day of the job, it could not have gone more smoothly. The owner, Dan, educated us about the product and what we needed to update on our 30-plus-year-old roof by pointing out nearby examples. The crew was prompt, quick, efficient, courteous and did a great job. We knew some of the decking needed replacing and that was included, but they found sound adjacent pieces that needed replacing and just went ahead and did it. Cittrix staff stopped by the job more than once to check on things. It started to rain at one point and we thought that would slow down the job, but they were done, cleaned up and gone by mid-afternoon. Our roof is beautiful, and the price is about what we were quoted on the job several years ago when we ended up not doing the job. We are EXTREMELY pleased."
