Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. "Ben and his workers installed a small brick patio for us. They removed asphalt, leveled the surface, and installed bricks. They were courteous, on time, efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They came to give us an estimate right away, and finished the job in one day. Beautiful work. "My house is on a little bit of a hill. Over the years, the retaining wall and brick columns lean out. I had just asked Franky to push it all back and repair the brick columns. This was incredibly difficult because of a concrete slab in one section and a large chunk of concrete attached to the bottom of the wall in another section. He had to repeatedly pushed and pushed on this wall until it was in the original position. After that, he drilled holes in the walls, the brick columns and the slabs, then inserted rebar and poured concrete to tie it all together. This was not part of what I asked him to do, but now, thanks to his hard work, this wall is probably 10 times stronger than it's ever been. In addition to that, in our sweeping up the area each day, I had pointed out a section of the sidewalk where one section was sticking up about an inch higher than the other, creating a big trip hazard. This was the city's responsibility, yet he took the time to do a very professional repair that I'm sure the city would be very impressed by. As I mentioned, this is one of the hardest working guys I've seen. You won't be disappointed by his work."

Wollaston installed three drywells, irrigation, garden beds, lawn, shrubs, tree, lighting, etc. We began working with Mike early on to develop and shape our landscaping ideas for our home. Mike made great recommendations, provided guidance on vegetation, and easily handled changes along the way. The entire Wollaston team was super professional. Mike called all around and even drove way out west to find our tree. Our yard looks amazing. Highly recommend!"
