"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. They repaired cracked bricks and repointed the interior and exterior bricks on our 120+ year old carriage house. He also repaired a corner that was damaged with a stucco wall that matched the rest of the building. In addition to the actual job, he helped me in the garden by grinding out cement for me in 5 minutes that would have taken me hours to chisel away. When I made Tony aware of the problem, he told me I could hose the marks off which didn t work. While their workmanship on the concrete work was impeccable, they left me with a problem to try and solve myself with little luck so far!"
