We had a special request of the crew for where the transition occurred between the turf and other areas of the yard and they were more than happy to make it happen. We have rock edging and many river stones around the area and the crew ensured the turf looks great in those areas. "This project could not have gone better, and it could not have been handled more professionally.  This required absolutely backbreaking work on the part of John's team.  Richie and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding our patio (it look beautiful - thank you!) and the team that scraped, cleared, re-graded and re-sodded the yard was professional, efficient and wonderful to work with.
John and his managers are a hands-on group.  I happened to be working from home part of one of the days that the team was on-site.  John or one of his leads stopped by the house 3-4 times during the day to check on the progress of the job, guide the team and make sure we were still on schedule.  John also checked in every day or so on email, which is much appreciated.  He has even checked in after the job was completed with quick tips on managing new sod through this hot dry weather we've had.
We have worked with John on 4-5 different projects and he and the team have done incredible work each time.  His crews are managed well, are very professional, and treat your home/yard with respect (many companies in this space do not).
