"Every once in a while I don't have the dumpster out in time and I miss the truck.  Yesterday, I called Mackenzie to see if I had missed their pickup and was told they would check the driver's GPS and get back to me.  They did so within about two minutes, and told me the driver would come back, which he promptly did.  A very friendly driver told me it was no problem, and to just call if it happens again and he'd be glad to come back. "I read the F review on Angie's List, but decided to call him anyway. Billings has only two companies that offers this service, so I decided to find out for myself about this company. Leroy answered the phone right away. I told him what I needed done and he quoted me a price over the phone . I spoke with my husband who said that the the quote was to high .and we could pay $150.00. Before I called Leroy back he called me, so I told him what my husband had said and Leroy said he would accept that price and would come the next day to load it up. <br /> sure enough he called in the morning with an approximate time, called while in route, and arrived when he said. The two men rearranged the items already in his truck and then loaded mine up as agreed. He is the nicest man to deal with that I have met in a long time, and I highly reccommend this company.
