"THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ONE HUNDRED STARS!!! I needed my two trees trimmed by the power lines. I hired this company expecting a better job than the free service provided by the electric company. I should have saved my money and let the tree trimmers from the electric company butcher my trees! He came to my house approximately one week prior to ask what I wanted trimmed and to provide a quote. I explained what I wanted trimmed and what I specifically did not want cut. He cut and removed everything I specifically said not to. The trees use to shade my driveway and protect the vehicles from the summer sun. He removed most of those branches despite my saying not to. My instructions were only 5 or 6 sentences for the two trees. How hard is it to remember 5 or 6 sentences? His inability to follow instructions gives me a sickening feeling every time I have to look at my, now UGLY trees!"
