"Austin arrived early, calling 1st to see if it was OK.  I showed him the sprinkler system components & described what I knew was broken.  He spent maybe 15 minutes poking around and turning on & off water (my system is pretty small).  Then he explained what he could see was wrong, what else could be broken, and what he'd need to do to find out.  He gave me what he saw as the pros and cons of further work on it, before launching into work that would cost me more than the initial special.  I decided not to move forward, and he didn't try to push at all.  He was professional, appeared knowledgeable (certainly knows a lot more than me), and helpful.  Clearly a good guy, working for an outfit that treats him well.  I'd definitely recommend the company!
