"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"Hi! Regal Duct Cleaning is great! Julius was super helpful, professional, and explained everything they proposed to do. They arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour start time window which was great. They called when they were about 45 min out so I had plenty of lead time. They checked the whole “air quality” system and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. They reminded me that the mechanical system also needs to be checked regularly by an HVAC company. I now understand the difference between the two services, what time of year to do each, and how often. They showed me photos of my system before so I knew what they were recommending for cleaning. They showed me photos of my cleaned out system. They gave me easy tips to keep the system at its best between annual cleanings.
