The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

They did all of our landscaping in the front of our house and the back, around the patio and putting green they had put in. He helped us design our patio which was complete with a fire pit and a chipping green with a putting hole. He also built us a 3 hole putting green about 35 yards across from our patio, so we can chip over to the green and have lots of family fun on the putting green. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
