"Ray St Clair Roofing evaluated the situation. They inspected the roof and determined the problem was likely due to some issues with the ridge vent from a dormer. A detailed estimate was prepared. After our approval they repaired the problem which required installing new ridge caps and repairing a vent flange and storm collar. They replaced a few damaged shingles matching the color of the old shingles. About one week later the company sent a roof inspector to check on quality of the repair. Very professional and courteous. Her assistant stopped by later with samples so we could pick out colors. During the day long roofing replacement she stopped by two to three times to inspect the crews' work.
