After my new roof, there was a small problem, but they fixed it with no questions asked and no hassles. They even checked back with me to make sure that everything was going well. They were committed to making sure that I was satisfied and that the work was done well. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others."

"Robert is excellent. He responded very quickly and arranged to be out the next day (on a Saturday) to address all of our roofing repair needs. We weren't able to be home for the initial assessment, so he came out while we were gone, took a look at the damage and did some prep-work, then came back a short time later with materials after providing an estimate via phone/text. He did all of the work requested and even additional areas that he was able to identify from the roof, that we hadn't yet noticed from the ground. He's very fair with pricing and a good honest guy. Will definitely use him when we need a new roof. But we may never need one if he keeps doing such a great job fixing us up when we have troubles!"

"What has impressed me most about RE-Construction is the women that work there. Every transaction and conversation that I experienced with the office was made pleasant with kindness and knowledgeable understanding of the roofing process. I heard about RE-Construction when a young salesperson came to my door. That was fortuitous since I knew that my house urgently needed a new roof. An appointment was set and verified over the phone with the office at RE-Construction for an estimate. Once we had the estimate RE-Construction was helpful with the process of filing an insurance claim to get the roof put on. The team of roofers were very efficient and used a gentle touch on my historically old house. They were led by a woman, which left me feeling great, because her influence of care and attention was palpable during the entire process. She led from the ground and fed the shingle packets up to the roofers using an electronic lift that was attached to a ladder. I liked the sound of it. It was amazing to watch the machine zip! It was very efficient. I felt safe and sound while the roof was put on and afterwards the team did a fine job of cleaning up. They left their trailer overnight, since they finished the roof at sunset, and returned for it in the morning to double check on the cleaning up and to gather all of their equipment. Every step of the way Re-Construction took care with my case and improved my home with a new roof. I have since, through the mail, received a warranty for the new roof, a thank you card, and a birthday card. What a great touch! I recommend Re-Construction as a solid and good place to get a roof put on with care."

"They had put new gutters on the house and installed new soffit material a couple of months before this.  They did a good job on that.  So I hired them to do the roof.  Both jobs were done well.  Both jobs required a little "unplanned" work, replacing boards that had deteriorated from moisture.  They repaired these at no extra charge (because the areas were very small). <br /> I am an engineer with very high standards for the work done on my house.  They met my requirements. <br />"

".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

"Sylas Smith was awesome. He was on time and professional. I picked Guaranteed Roofing after receiving 2 other quotes. Couldn't even get Honest Abe to come out and give me a simple quote. Must be to busy making commercials. Anyway Sylas was great. The crew was great. After the work was done Sylas came back out to make sure everything was done to our liking. There were a couple minor things that he sent the crew back out to fix a day or two later. He then came back out and checked their work to see if anything else could be done. This job was a difficult one and cost around $20,000. I am pleased with this companies professionalism and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. <br />"
