"Carl did estimate, I had 3 other estimates and his was not the cheapest but 1 of the other 3 did not deliver what they promised. The Royal South Toyota did not reserve the part as they promised and had no answer on how long it would take to get another one. Carl did not over promise but went after the part I needed and delivered the service in the timeframe promised."

"Got the work done in a timely manner. <br /> The quality was very poor, used warped wood on deck, gate does not work on privacy fence . Asked for black chain link and got grey. Asked to have a door to access under deck, was installed in the wrong place, so now I can not access my water spicket under the deck without paying someone else to put in another door for me. A few months after the job the door to privacy fence is falling down because they did not properly cement in the post. Post missing on deck railing so it is now not sturdy. Never came back to complete finishing touches, post tops. <br /> Got in touch with them and Tom came out to check out the problems early April 2014, said he would come back and fix the issues, but have not heard from him since. <br />"

"I first hired another private contractor that seemed to never show up, was always late when they did show, and once they got the 50% dn... I got the materials but no service. I got the business card for CTW from a friend that was an apartment manager in Bloomington, In. They provide apartment painting and cleaning for their company along with several others. The person that came out was very professional, on time, and gave a more reasonable estimated job timeframe. Eventhough it was higher than the original contractor that never finished the job, the person that came out walked me through each part of what was required to do the job and it made more sense. He used the materials dropped off by the other contractor but had to return some and get the correct items for the job to be up to code. Overall, you get what you pay for. CTW was efficent, budget concious, and by the end of the job...the result was better than I expected or originally pictured in my head. I'd also like to add that I priced the job through 2 other Bloomington contractors and both of those estimates were much higher for less work. And from my story... we all know how it turned out hiring the one contractor I got an estimate from that was lower than CTW. Thanks again Rob, Bob, and James at CTW."
