"Danny and his crew were meticulous in taking care of my belongings.they were very efficient and professional.answered all my questions and did exactly what they had to do. Vera also came to my house to access what I had to have done she was also very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. "My move with Monroe was fantastic. It started with a call with my estiator Adam M. who was extremely great. I never expected that planning my move could be as organizaed or detaied as it was. It was an extremely transparent process and I could tell what every cent of my estimate was going towards. When moving day came, they called to confirm and the truck showed up on time and as expected. The crew led by forman Steve was curteous, careful, polite, hardworking, and performed miracles in getting large heavy furnitire moved out and in of tight spaces without a scratch. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and heavy plastic to prevent damage. They actually finished ahead of schedule and came in under their original estimate so I was able to give thm a nice tipand still spent less overall. Fantastic hjob, would use them again and recommend in a heartbeat!"

"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape.
