"When I put in the request for a quote, the owner of the company, Nick, responded quickly and we set up a time to come out for a free estimate. Nick was professional, courteous, and a man of his word. He explained when he would be able to come and complete the job and promptly arrived when he promised. There were some unexpected issues when the old roof was removed but Nick and his workers were able to complete the job within a 2 day period and even repaired a few other items around the exterior of the home as a courtesy. My roof has been leaking and been “fixed” on and off for about 5 years but the problem always came back. Alexander explain everything that needed to be done to prevent this problem from occurring again and again. "Window and screen cleaning was okay; powerwashing the front and back decks was okay. Overall, price was higher for window/screen cleaning than for deck powerwashing, so it kinda balanced out. However, powerwashing results were not that great. I'll give them a 2nd chance."
