The initial contact with Michael Sheehan was very pleasant as well as informative. He helped us choose the best roof to meet our requirements and provided us with a written proposal outlining the work to be performed, warranty features, and total cost. We chose Acorn to do our job based on the following factors: we judged their proposal to be our best value considering cost, quality and warranty; Acorn has credentials as both a GAF Master Elite contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred contractor; they could schedule us before the onset of hurricane season; they have received numerous positive online reviews; and Michael was responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we called Acorn’s office, Mary was there to pick up the phone. Mary is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Any questions or requests that we had were addressed promptly and effectively. The crew worked very diligently and efficiently, completing the job within the projected two-day timeframe. Ron, the head crew chief overseeing the work, was present the entire time. The cleanup was quite well done, and both the dumpster and residual material were removed in less than one hour after the crew had finished. We found all of the workers that we were directly involved with, including vendors delivering supplies, to be polite, considerate, and personable. We have only had the new roof for less than one month, but it evidently seems to be performing as expected. It certainly looks very nice and has elicited several compliments. "After heavy rain last weekend , the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. It was quite a big job and I was impressed everything was completed within 4 days. I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing for quality workmanship at a reasonable price."

"Honor roofing was everything that was expected and more. Total honesty, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. I had few bad experiences with other roofing companies, one that didnâ t show up to patch some shingles that blew off my roof and there was a big windstorm coming the next day. . I called Dennis at HONOR at 4 oâ clock and he was at my house in 20 minutes and spent an hour and a half patching over 30 shingles that blew off. They have a set price for an excellent quality shingle with an excellent warranty. The other two companies that I dealt with said they will take whatever the insurance pays, but then I find out that they also order the cheaper shingles for the edging and cut corners wherever they need to. That is not how Honor works. They have top of The line installers and top-of-the-line quality products, and I am so thankful that after everything I went through with the other roofing companies that I found Honor roofing. They contacted me for every aspect of the installation. I knew upfront everything that was going to be done. I was able to ask any questions, no matter what it was. They made sure that I was absolutely satisfied. Thank you Honor Roofing for all of your excellent employees and everything that you did to make my roofing experience an excellent one. I now have excellent quality Shingles. And I am very satisfied."
