"A team of 5 came the day after I hired Gray’s to remove an aging magnolia tree and its stump, trim another magnolia, a lilac and a forsythia, and remove overgrown greenery encroaching on my backyard from the park behind my house. It took about an hour and I was quoted $1800 with a $100 discount for cash. This team did not remove the stump and fill in the hole with dirt and sod within 2-3 days as written on the work order. They told me to hold back $200 to be paid upon completion of the work. No one came to complete the stump removal. After a week I texted, emailed and called (left a voice message). No response. We had the pleasure of meeting Austin,in person, once, prior to having the yard work done. Although there was a miscommunication in exactly what we desired to be done, he and his crew did a nice job! The one thing we may do differently, in future, would be to have a written contract, prior to having the job done. Simply so everyone is on the same page. Austin was good to send us 'before and after' photo's ! Although we did not require any installation, the front yard did require extensive weed removal, trimming and mulch. The finished work made a huge difference ! It looks 100% better and this is a blessing ! We would recommend Mr. Moccia's Lawn and Landscaping business. He's been a pleasure with which to work."
