"My husband and I have been using Owatonna Groundsmasters for our lawn fertilization/treatment needs for approximately 6 of the last 8 years that we have lived in our current home.  The estimates that they have provided to us in the past have always been free and we have always been please with their work each year. <br /> <br /> Their prices are reasonable and many years we have found them to actually be a tad bit less costly than several of their competitors when we were "price shopping."  They even offer a pre-pay option (for multiple applications) that, if chosen, amounts to something like a 5% discount on each application. <br /> <br /> After each application, they do mark the yard with a "stay off lawn/no pet, children for 24 hours" sign and they also leave a "lawn spraying record" in the door for our review.  The lawn spraying record indicates the date/time of their visit, the wind direction and speed at the time of application, the square footage treated, the applicator's name and license number, etc."
