"Charles Stewart Roofing installed new roof in my house in Forest Hills, New York about 4 year ago in 2017 with 10-year all labor and material warranty. This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. "First Rate, First Class Contractor!  Quality, Integrity and Superior Attention to Detail Had a few roof shingles blow off our roof, saw Surf & Turf Roofing signs and trucks around town so I called and we setup appointment next day.  After taking a look at the roof, they gave us an estimate right there on the spot, no waiting or having to chase them down to get it and no dire warning of estimate expiring in 1-3 day because of pricing increases. While they were there, they also recommended other repairs that had also been recommended to us by our home inspector when we bought the house.  It was reassuring to know that Surf & Turf's recommendations were not gimmicks to add costs to job. "Once the job started in August, his workers arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. They were also responsive and professional in addressing our questions and concerns. During the week-long job, Vinny came to the house each day to show us pictures of the work in progress and to address any questions that arose. Upon our request, the workers even installed shingles on a Christmas stable we have in our garden! When the work was completed, the workers cleaned up and disposed of the related debris.
