So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Removed one layer of old roof, installed underlayment and ice shield, installed ridge vent including having to saw opening.  install architectural shingles. Seal all roof openings, pipes, chimneys.  Job was done in two days.  It was the hottest two days so far this season.  The men arrived early and worked most of one day and all of the second.  Even though I had agreed to having the plywood base replaced if needed, when Kevin inspected the roof after removing the old roof he informed me it wouldn't be necessary, saving me over $1300.  We are very happy with our new roof, looks great!"
