"Sky was awesome! He answered my email within 10 minutes. Provided quote over text, offered great quote. Scheduled work the next day. Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! He saw that I had not caulked the floor area and offered to do it. No extra charge. Sky says he does all kinds of repairs! I told him I need to make a list and get a quote. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing! Need any work done, call or text Sky! Went above and beyond in my opinion with far pricing!"

"This is a terrific company.... I discovered them on Angie's List and will never use another plumbing company. I left a message via email and received a return call within hours. The estimate was accurate and price more than fair for a job that required a lot of awkward places to get into to find the real root of the problem. I've had them for repairs twice - once a section of plumbing had been incorrectly installed, and another section was leaking due to age. The repair job was quick, took my own crowded schedule into account, and all questions I asked were patiently answered with suggestions for any "next steps". "My freezer went out in the middle of the week, and after calling a couple of other places, I was pleased to find that SOS could send someone out as early as the next day.  The repairman was prompt, professional, and concise.  I noticed that he took his shoes off at the door without me asking, which I (and my hard wood floors) appreciated.  It was about 30 minutes worth of work, which he completed in 30 minutes.  I also appreciated the $20 instant discount for being an Angie's list member.  
I intend to call them again with any appliance issues in the future.
That being said, I rated price a B, not because it was high, but just a really small thing I'd like to see improved for the future. Up front I committed to a diagnostic fee in the event I did not accept the service ( which makes perfect business sense and provides assurance that I'm a serious customer), but the repairman quoted me a price ( only verbally) that perhaps came from his computer or his experience, but I think I would have felt a bit of assurance myself to have seen a listing of prices next to services. Again, small thing, I'd still recommend SOS to anyone."
