"He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. We discussed him leaving a plant I wanted, he pulled it up as well. Not the worst job but certainly won't hire again. "

For example, I requested a particular flower but his expert opinion decided against it because these flowers were past its blooming phase so he was honest enough to express his concern, but wanted to wait for a couple of months so that it would work better. And offered a small discount but come back later to complete the project when the time is right. Just showed me how much pride he took in his work. The landscaping looks awesome!
