"I originally called Larry Crane to get an estimate on replacement of hail damaged vinyl siding. The estimate he gave me was reasonable, so I asked him for an estimate on a new roof, which was also damaged by a hail storm. The price was right, so I hired Crane's Quality Siding & Windows to do both jobs. He also agreed to throw in some trim painting at no additional charge. The next morning Larry's crew was at work on the roof. The whole thing was finished in 2 days, and they did a great job! The siding took a little longer, as Larry went above and beyond the call of duty to actually locate an exact match of my 30 year old vinyl siding! When they installed it on the whole front of the house, you couldn't tell it from the old stuff (except the new siding was cleaner). As a finishing note, Larry suggested that his crew could paint my chimney white to better set off the house. They did, and it looked fantastic! I asked him how much it was, and he said that there was no extra charge. All in all, a job well done!"

He made suggestions about the windows that I wouldn't have thought of, like offering the suggestion of a window in the kitchen that offered a view with no frame in the way (the way a slider has a frame in the middle of the window). When I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to the obscure glass in the living area, he suggested that I get a frosted film to put on it and even sent me websights that sold the film. Which I did order and am very pleased. He was quick to answer any questions I had. He also suggested a company, Austin retrofit, to install my windows and I ended up using them and they were great! "After our home was inspected, we were advised to contact a reputable roofing company ASAP. I checked Angie’s list and found DV Roofing. I called and spoke with David about the information that was on our inspection report and he asked for a copy. I emailed it to him and within a few hours he called back and said he was sending Roger to visually inspect the roof. We set an appt for Tuesday. Roger called Tuesday morning and I asked to reschedule. He was very accommodating and set up for Thursday. He called Thursday to let me know he was on the way. Roger came in and thoroughly inspected the roof. He said it is structurally sound and I did not need a roof at this time. This company could have told me I needed the roof replaced down to the trusses and I would have believed them based on the inspection report we had gotten from our home inspector. He did not do that. That’s an honest company. You can be sure that when the time comes for a new roof, I will be calling DV Roofing. There are still honest, reputable, contractors. David and company top the list."
