Before he came to do the work, he came by to provide an itemized estimate of various things in my yard from cleanup, to tree and branch removal. His prices are excellent, and he has always gotten back to me. He got me in his schedule quickly, and the workers were very thorough and did not rush through the job. This is the second time we have used him, and hope to use him for a variety of requests at our home. Highly recommend."

"At first everything seemed GREAT. I gave them a 10 out of 10 review in 2024. Santos comes across as an authentic caring person with great prices. That’s why it’s with a heavy heart I have to write this review July 2025. 8 MONTHS later all the work has FALLEN apart. 1. BLACKTOP the driveway. Puddles everywhere . NO restitution 2. Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat. He has installed a concrete pathway and has done other landscaping improvements, he services and maintains my sprinkler system, and does regularly scheduled yard maintenance to include mowing and raking. I find to be David to very personable and easy to get along with and he does this great work at a reasonable price."
