I called my insurance company, State Farm, and asked my rep who they would use. I knew if my insurance company trusted them I could. Lon Smith Roofing is what I was told. You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by. "A two-man crew arrived on the day appointed, removed the 4" gutters and downspouts, installed the two systems of 6" gutters and downsprouts -- with the proper angle to catch fast flowing water off the roof. We have had a week of heavy downpours since the September install, and the gutters have worked wonderfully. Would hire them in a heart beat to do more work.

"initially, we were worried because first crew that came out didn't seem confident that the job could be done.  We spoke with manager / owner? and he sent another crew out as soon as possible and they explained that the first crew was concerned about the high pitch of our attic.  They brought the right equipment and did a great job.   I had our energy company come out for an audit and he said our attic was one of the best he'd seen as far as energy conservation!  So, overall, job well-done.
