"Very Bad! Here are the damages: DAMAGES STATEMENT Nov. 12, 2021 1. The roof leaks creating serious damage externally and internally. Bauer Roofing & Construction (BRC) has made six (6) attempts to flash the brick chimney all resulting in leaks when it rains hard. BRC has literally worn the shingles out by all the foot traffic while trying to fix the chimney flashing. The external damages include the flashing, shingles, ice & water barrier, underlayment and decking. The leaking has caused interior damage to the home which includes: insulation in the ceiling, sheet rock, texture and paint. Also, an original oil painting has been water damaged. The oil painting loss is part of this damage loss claim. The chimney continues to be covered with a tarp to prevent further rain damage. R & R all the damaged materials externally and internally are required. These damages definitely devalue the property. 2. The roofing drip edge workmanship on the house and Work Shop (WS) are not to industry standard. The drip edge is not to specification. This damage is extensive. This poor workmanship definitely devalues the property. R & R the drip edge is required. 3. Some of the Metal Fascia workmanship on the house is not to industry standard and does not have the original construction technique. The metal fascia when heated by the sun warps extensively creating large deflections / distortions. The resulting appearance fails to perform and look like the original. R & R the affected metal fascia is required. This poor workmanship definitely devalues the property. 4. Door. The metal cladded door of the WS was heavily damaged due to hail and fling debris. This was also covered in the owners Farmers’ Insurance claim. BRC has made eight (8) attempts to replace just the door. All their replacements resulted in a door that is too short, fails to fit the frame and is misaligned. All the selected doors were not OEM. All their replacements resulted in extremely poor workmanship. The owner does not accept this door. It is noncompliant to the contract specifications. R & R the door assembly is required. This damaged door definitely devalues the property. 5. The gutters leak on some of the ends and corners. The gutters need to be re-sealed on the ends and corners to prevent leaking. END"

Sheet metal stamping and pressing are specialized manufacturing methods in which custom dies and powerful stamping presses transform flat metal sheets into precisely shaped components. These techniques form designs with embossed, coined, or flanged edges for high-quality, mass-produced parts. The process employs advanced tooling to convert raw metal into accurate, finished products efficiently while ensuring cost-effective production for both single and low-volume projects. By applying controlled force, fabricators achieve superior design accuracy and consistent quality.
Attempting to stamp metal at home is neither safe nor effective for shaping construction-grade materials. The process requires professional-grade stamping presses and custom tooling that are not replicable with household tools. Professional fabricators utilize heavy-duty machinery in controlled workshop settings to apply precise force and achieve quality results. While some metals can be bent by hand for simple tasks, attempting full-scale stamping at home poses risks of injury and subpar performance. It is advisable to rely on trained experts for secure and accurate metal fabrication.
Stainless steel stands as the most common sheet metal because its durability, weather resistance, consistent performance, and affordability make it ideal for construction projects. Its excellent resistance to damage and harsh weather conditions ensures long-lasting quality, making it the top choice among homeowners and professionals. The material’s reasonable cost range of $8 to $19 per square foot further reinforces its reliability in various building applications.
To obtain an accurate quote for sheet metal fabrication, provide detailed project specifications to a professional fabricator. Supplying exact dimensions, angles, and intended uses enables experts to produce precise estimates. Qualified fabricators utilize advanced drafting software and thorough project planning to convert your requirements into an exact quote that reflects the true scope of work. Engaging a professional ensures that all measurements and design details are accurately documented, resulting in a reliable price estimate without unexpected costs.
