"The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure."

"After the hurricane, I had a pool that appeared more like a swamp. In the past, Ihave used several local pool service and restoration companies only to band aid the problem while also spending hundreds on chemicals. My primary concern, was to eliminate the algae and have a useable pool to enjoy. After researching on Angie’s list, I deceived to give J & J pools a call. Not only did the owner Joe come out to the property, he personally took the time to explain the root of the problem and the steps for a solution. I was aware that the pool will eventually need resurfacing. J & J do offer this service. At this stage I have a limited budget, Joe did not push this service he completely understood that this will be a project in the future. The process for draining the pool, pressure washing and re filling the pool was done in a timely fashion. I did have a question or two during the process and Joe was always available and more than willing to help. He is professional, friendly and an excellent communicator. The cost was very reasonable.
