"The need for a footing drain was a surprise to me during my basement remodel due to water leaking in through the blocks. Raman and his team got me on the schedule fairly quickly, did a great job. They also set up new plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement, and removed my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Any issues that came up, they were very quick to resolve (including an old copper pipe that they didn't install which welding came loose, and they were there same day to fix.) great honest service, reliable service. "Rossco Service Plumbers were super responsive to my plumbing emergency call late on the Friday afternoon noon of a 3-day holiday weekend. The water supply valve for the toilet had been disconnected and reconnected several times due to work by other contractors in the bathroom, and it would no longer operate properly when turned on (it leaked heavily). Turning off the valve to stop the leak disabled the only toilet in the house for a large family going into a 3-day weekend. I spoke with Richie the owner just before 5pm, and he sent his technician Jeff out. Appararently Jeff had been just getting ready to leave work for the weekend, but when he got the call, he made it to my house from Puyalluy to Federal Way in about a half hour or so (less than an hour from the time I first contacted RossCo). He was very knowledgeable and had the valve replaced and operation in about a half hour. He had a great attitude, answered all my questions, and they charged a very fair price for their service. He definitely saved me a lot of anxiety because I didnt have to go into a long weekend with no operable bathroom for my family. I am planning to do additional bathroom remodeling later this year, and I will definitely be using this company again!"

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"These guys were amazing! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service.
