"I can't recommend Vogel's highly enough. At every stage of the process they were professional and provided great service. Step 1 was taking measurements of the stairs. It was clear at this stage that they were experienced and knew what to do to make our runner fit and look perfect in our space. Step 2 was in the showroom discussing carpet options. They had a ton of options at a range of price points. Everyone was knowledgeable of the pros and cons of the different options and they encouraged us to take samples home to see them in our house. We never felt rushed for time or pressured to pick more expensive options; they only cared that we were going to be happy with the final product. Step 3 was the install. The installer was on-time, very friendly, and did clean and professional work. There was a small issue during the install and the installer left us with a nice temporary solution, while the operations team expedited the final fix. The final product is beautiful.
