"Initially, I thought it was fine. However, I was very curious why the contractor would not let me talk to the insurance adjuster. He told me to stay in the house and leave everything to him. (RED FLAG) I'm not sure why I let that happen. After the negotiations and the contract was signed, the contractor advised that he failed to charge me for the cost of the chimney. We specifically talked about the chimney cost and how he wasn't putting it in the contract so it wouldn't alert the insurance company (RED FLAG ) He would just charge me another $1200 for the chimney or not do the inside work. At that point, I should have cancelled the contract. The contractor yelled at me that he forgot and he made a mistake. Yelled at me in a very loud voice. He then did that "used car" sales pitch where he has to go talk to his boss and then comes back and sends me an email that they will fix the chimney for free. I spent about twice what my budget was, and I really am mad at myself for failing to get other estimates. That is on me. The roofers put a new roof on - my old roof was less than 5 years old - not sure if a simple repair would have been okay and left a mess in my yard. There was debris from my gutters and little blue things that they use when they replace a roof. I told the contractor that, and he said "the roofers don't make money if they clean up after the gutters and feel it's not their job". Okay, whose job is it? Who did I pay to do a job? Am i supposed to hire someone else to finish up what the roofers left behind. My pet peeve is when I pay someone to do a job, and they don't finish the job and say it's not their job. That makes me so angry. Again, I'm so mad at myself. I know better. I just felt like at the end of the day I was taken advantage of. I don't think I needed a whole new roof, I spent twice the money I had budgeted, and I had a mess to take care of. I use Angie's List so I can avoid being taken advantage of and considered the "old lady" who doesn't know anything."

"Wow! My roof looks awesome.. crew very courteous and efficient.. did my entire roof in one day and they cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!"

"I reached out online to ask for help finding a good roof repair and a friend Holly reached out with information for her company so I contacted them and Mr. Tim M came out and assessed everything and even cleaned out a section of my gutter i didn't know was clogged which I appreciated as its hard for me to get up there. He has answered all my questions and done a great job. Mrs. Amanda in the office has also been so helpful walking me through everything and also answering my questions. My claim is still going put the team at Professional roofing has done a great job and i would recommend them to anyone in need of roof care"

"I have used Jerry as a roofing contractor seven years on multiple projects on two homes and have always been pleased with the work, price and customer focus. Jerry and his team did an outstanding job on three roof related projects. Jerry personally installed a roof diverter rail to force rainwater off the sides of our front porch. Jerry added a protective rubber membrane strip. This comes with a five year guarantee. Jerry’s team cleaned our back gutters (1st and 2nd stories) then installed gutters guards. This comes with a 5 yr labor guarantee and 40 yr materials guarantee. Finally, the crew repaired a roof flashing which caused a minor leak. I will certainly use Jerry again on future roof projects."

"Roof masters gave us a reasonableprice. They came out promptly and did an excellent job repairing our roof"

"Chase roofing and masonry redid my entire roof for a great price. Dan was very helpful during the process and communication was perfect. They left no mess or debris behind either. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!"

"Bumkum Valley Roofing did a very good job assisting us with a roof leak problem at our residence. Jason and his staff were very organized, on time, efficient and effective. The final bill was as quoted and we have had no water leak issues since the repair."

"Jake understands how business should be done! It's clearly not just about the monetary aspect for him. He believes in customer service and quality work. I called several companies to give me an estimate for roof repair or replacement. Some would not even come inspect my roof if I wasn't leaning toward replacement. Some did give me an estimate after inspecting my roof...but only for replacement. Two other companies gave me ridiculous estimates for repairs. My insurance company gave me an estimate for repairs and unbeknownst to him, Jake was right in line with their quote. He is proof that business, kindness, honesty and consideration can go hand in hand. Grateful our paths crossed. I would recommend T and J to complete your roofing project. Thanks Jake, you're a breath of fresh air."

"It went great, also installed a much needed drain sprout to an area of the roof to correct future leaks."
